The first stage of his work will be to listen to you, to get to know and analyse your team, your needs, your way of working, your clientele, your environment and the products which you sell in order to make an assessment which will go much beyond a simple architectural study.
Based on this audit, and supported by the Architecteurs’ in-house "Pharmacy Engineering" group made up of suppliers, pharmacists, marketing consultants, designers and architects, your Architecteur will present you with an integrated overall project.
Your Architecteur will also be your sole contracting party for the execution of all necessary works: construction or extension, main work, subsidiary work, design and installation of furniture and fittings, design of the shop window and sign, and equipping a studio for night-duty watches.
A single contracting party for a single contract, approved by our financial guarantors, themselves based on solid guarantees. In effect you will be signing a genuine "keys in hand" contract.
