Above all an architect remains close to his client, whose project he must encourage to
emerge through a process of dialogue and exchange. To bring it to a satisfactory
conclusion, he must first identify with his clients dreams.
|

An architect puts his expertise at the clients service to guide him in making his
choices. His knowledge must result in the best possible recommendations. He proposes
rather than imposes.
|

In his role of architect, an Architecteur designs each project as a new and unique
venture. His creativity and knowhow are the assets he employs to reach completion within
the agreed budget.
|

An Architecteur commits himself to complete the
building or renovation works at the agreed price and within the timeframe specified. He is
also committed to maintain standards of quality in works carried out and to respect the
estimates drawn up.
|

The commitment of the Architecteur is guaranteed by
contract : a financial guarantee of completion within the agreed price and timeframe,
legally binding for individual houses (according to the 1990 French legislation), by
extension of contract for all other works.
|

In his role as builder an Architecteur controls and
directs a well-organised schedule of works with collaborators of his choice. He is the one
in charge, and he is the only one the client has to deal with.
